Exemptions
Exemption due to disability, special needs, or merit.
Full exemption
Your tuition fees and Regional Study Tax will be fully waived if you have a disability, a certified handicap or special needs higher than 66%. However, at the moment of matriculation, as written in the call for admission, you will have to pay €16.00 stamp duty.
Partial exemption
You will be exempt from half of the second payment and the whole of the third payment if you have a certified disability of 50% or higher.
The University has the right to ask for a legalised translation if the certification is not in Italian.
A – Bachelor’s degree or five year Master degree in Pedagogy for Primary Education.
If you achieved the highest grade possible in exams qualifying you for university admission you will be exempt from university tuition fees for the first academic year. On matriculating, you will only have to pay €156.00 for stamp duty and the Regional Study Tax. If you achieved a final grade of/or higher than 95/100 or an equivalent grade (for example 57/60, 19/20…) in exams qualifying you for university admission you will be exempt from half of the second payment and the whole of the third payment of university tuition fees for the first academic year.
B – Master’s degree in economics and policy for regional government and private enterprise
If you achieved the highest grade possible in exams qualifying you for admission to the Master’s Degree you will be exempt, for the first academic year, from university tuition fees. On matriculating you will only have to pay €156.00 for stamp duty and the Regional Study Tax. If you achieved a final grade of / or higher than 105/110 or an equivalent grade in exams qualifying you for the Master’s degree you will be exempt, for the first academic year, from half of the second payment and the whole of the third payment of university tuition fees.
