Requirements and procedures for the 2024/2025 academic year

Matriculation for EU students with qualifications obtained abroad or non-EU students with Italian residency can proceed with no limit on places available. You can apply for admission directly to the Aosta Valley University along with the correct payment by 12am on 12th September 2024. Calls for Admission (Bandi di ammissione). As well as the documentation required from all students the following are also requested: 

Qualification certificate for admission, supplemented with: 

  • Certified Italian translation 
  • Legalisation 
  • Declaration of Value in loco. 

all issued by the Italian Consulate or Embassy in the relevant country. 

These documents aren’t necessary if you also have an equivalent qualification in Italy. 

Following the presentation of the admission application you will have to sit an admission exam (if required) for the course you have chosen. 

To complete matriculation once your admission has been approved by Decree, and if you are well placed in the rankings, you should apply for matriculation online and then make the first payment by the deadline in the Call for Admission of your university fees for the 2024/2025 academic year.
