Submission types

BDAI 2025 accepts the following types of not-already-published submissions:

  • Full papers                 (10 pages excluding references)
  • Short papers             (5 pages excluding references)
    Suitable for presenting work in progress, software prototypes, or extended abstracts of doctoral theses

 

Accepted contributions will be submitted for inclusion in a volume of the CEUR Workshop Proceedings.

How to submit

Papers must be submitted in PDF format via the online submission system Microsoft CMT by selecting 2nd Workshop “New Frontiers in Big Data and Artificial Intelligence” (BDAI 2025):

Submission guidelines

Language: All papers must be written in English.

Format: Papers must be formatted according to the  CEUR-WS proceedings guidelines. Authors should submit their papers as single-columnDetailed instructions are available here:

 

Templates: The use of LaTeX is recommended to minimize the need for reformatting. Templates are available at the following links:

 

Submissions undergo a single blind review process, i.e. authors should include their names and affiliations in their manuscripts. 

All papers will be peer-reviewed by at least two members of the program committee and evaluated on the basis of relevance, originality, significance, soundness, and clarity. Papers that exceed the page limits or formatting guidelines will be rejected without review. 

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
